Need to send your device to Renfert for repair or maintenance? We will of course collect your device and will be happy to arrange a loan unit for you.
Use our myRenfert service portal to notify us of your service case safely and conveniently!
Within the myRenfert customer portal you can securely and conveniently report your repair and maintenance requests, in addition it provides access to various services, including downloads of manuals, spare part lists, service videos, and FAQs. To log in, please visit the myRenfert login page. If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up on the same page. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by entering the email address associated with your myRenfert account.

Please send in the complete device. The required technical inspection for troubleshooting is not possible with incomplete devices.
